ADJUSTABLE CHAMFER ANGLE
The chamfer angle is adjustable from 25 ° to 65 °. This allows the angle to be adapted to the needs of the customer. For example, to produce boxes (gluing gaps). The adjusted angle is displayed on a digital screen.

The machine features an automatic feed unit for smooth material movement and consistent quality.
ADJUSTABLE CHAMFER SIZE
The milling/polishing depth can be precisely and easily adjusted to produce bevels up to 7 x 7 mm or ¼” x ¼” (at 45°). The milling depth is displayed on a digital screen.
AUTOMATED CHIP EXHAUST
The optional chip extractor can be electrically connected to the machine so that it can automatically switch the extraction on and off as needed.
ADJUSTABLE WORKING SPEEDS
The cutting and feed speeds are adjustable to facilitate machining different materials and creating various surface finishes. The values are linear and displayed on a digital display.
CUTTING TOOL
A selection of over 40 tools allows machining of all types of plastic materials (PMMA, PC, PET-G, SAN, etc.) and composite materials (PMMA with aluminum, etc.). It can also be used to create HIGH GLOSS, satin, and other surface finishes. With HIGH SPEED tools, the feed rate can be increased by up to 200%.
